This is often accompanied by cramps or diarrhea, because the body wants to quickly eliminate toxins. If you fast, your body will also react in a different way. You may experience excessive fatigue and slight headaches.

What kills toxins in the body?

The body naturally produces enzymes that help break down the chemicals in food and other substances that enter the body. For example, these enzymes help us digest carbohydrates, fats and proteins from the foods we eat.

They also break down alcohol and other toxins that enter our body. These enzymes, produced by the liver, are called detoxification enzymes. The more active your lifestyle, the more of these enzymes you need to keep up with your body’s natural processes.
